What happens when you hit Save

1. The record

Every PM, annual inspection and repair becomes a PDF with the mechanic's name, the date and time, and every photo.

2. The truck's file

Each unit gets its own folder in your own Google Drive. Every record and photo for that truck lands there, named by date and job.

3. The due-dates sheet

One sheet shows every unit's next PM and annual inspection, so you can see what is coming up at a glance.

4. The reminders

You get an email 14 days before something is due, 3 days before, and on the day. Reminders go out by email. Text reminders are coming soon.
